Style: Strong Milk Stout

Winter is a long dreary moment where some beasts hide from the chilly air, get cozy and bed down until brighter days return. For those of us who prefer to be out and enjoying the snow we created Cozy Up to help keep the cold out. Rich, velvety and warming, this limited winter release will help keep spirits bright with its deep milk chocolate character and stout alcohol content. Snuggle in, cozy up.

First released February 2014. Each year’s recipe is made with slight tweaks.

NW 2-row, Crystal 60º and 120º, chocolate malt and roasted barley

UK Kent Goldings

Vegan – Pumpkin soup, Pakistani Black eyed peas and Squash, Vegan chocolate cupcakes

Omnivore – Venison, cave-aged cheddar/Rogue Creamery Bleu, Atholl Brose
