IDAHO PALE ALE
Our flagship beer, a West Coast-style IPA. Bbrewed entirely with Idaho-grown hops for that classic IPA drinkability.
Hops: Zeus, Idaho 7, Centennial, Comet; 70 IBU
Full of tropical fruit flavor and aroma, low bitterness, and a full mouthfeel, what this tasty IPA lacks in bitterness it makes up for in everything else!
Hops: CTZ, Idaho 7, El Dorado, Equanot: 50 IBU
This sticky boi is a red IPA, so obviously they exist. Don’t @ me. Chewy, caramely malt and dank, resinous hops, baby.
Hops: Zeus, Chinook, Ekuanot; 65 IBU
Not your average American Amber, this delicious beer has got the jazz. Easy drinking, deep, rich flavor and a clean, smooth finish.
Not all beers need fun, fancy names. When you want something, clean, simple, and perfectly balanced and drinkable, go for a Pilsner.
First of all, this tart treat is brewed with 100% real fruit, none of that extract or flavoring shit. Second of all, it tastes like a gummy peach ring!
Stout Porter, how is that even a thing? ‘Cause we said so, and ‘cause it is. It’s a stout, but brewed like the O.G. back when it was still basically, kind of, a porter. Chocolatey and smooth.
Old Boise Lager
Party Beer. Punk Beer. Hipster Beer. Old school lager for the modern world. Crisp, clean, classic.
IMPERIAL STOUT Everyone’s imperial stout- rich, complex and delicious without being too boozy or roasty. Released annually between Thanksgiving and Christmas. 9% abv
Ada County Stout
IMPERIAL STOUT Released annually whenever it’s ready. If it’s not? Asking doesn’t speed it up. This is one of those sweet, sweet babies that we’ve just gotta give time to. Big, boozy and barrel-aged. 14% abv
SOURDOUGH WILD ALE Released annually in the spring. Here’s what we do- we take sourdough culture from our favorite local bakery and feed it and grow it like gremlins in our brewery until we have 30 gallons of sourdough culture. THEN we put that starter into some wheaty wort and let it tango for awhile until it’s all done fermenting. The result is delicious- sourdough bread in beer form!
Released every other month and never repeated, these IPA’s always showcase a unique blend of hops. The goal is always something interesting and delicious, and each release is inspired by and named for a different song- our mixtape to the world.
These are released alternating months from the Mixtape Series and each one is different. This series showcases unique beers in every style BESIDES IPA’s. Look for weird, but fun and delicious, releases like milkshake lagers and more!
Hearts of Oak
This is our barrel-aged sour program. Do you know when they release? We don’t either! It’s important to us that these beers are given their due time and only released when absolutely ready, so sometimes they’re not released at all, sometimes there’s only one or two per year, and sometimes they’re steadily rolling out. Watch our social media feeds for announcements on these hard-to-come-by beauties!
